Connect. Grow. Show.
One of the best ways we know to connect with one another and to keep our faith from growing stale is to put it into action! We want our actions to prove our faith, and for love to be the measure of what we’re learning.
Your Circle
Of course, there are so many ways you can serve in our community, and we strongly encourage you to do that. As a church, we’re focusing most of our attention on something we call our “Circle.”
Everyone of us has been uniquely equipped and situated to reach the people right around us – our neighbors, friends, family, co-workers, and classmates. We want to encourage and equip you to reach your Circle with the hope and love we have in Jesus, and part of how we do that is to help you …
List
Make an actual list of the 8-15 people in your life who don’t already follow Jesus, but that you’d love to see that happen for them.
Pray
Regularly pray God will open doors for you to love, serve, or just get to know the people in your Circle.
Invest
Use everything you have to generously love these people, from your time, to your fire pit, to your dinner table
Invite
Overcome your fear enough to invite people into your home, your groups and our worship gatherings. This is easier when you truly love and invest in people!
Prepare
Learn how to have spiritual conversations with people so that when God opens the door, you can share Jesus in ways that will be well-received.
We’ve been the church that arranges all kinds of serving opportunities for our partners to sign up for, but we believe the best results will come from putting all that effort into reaching the people right next door to each one of us. We hope you’ll see the value of that, too!
