Hope Ministry Needs:
- Hope Team: (7-10)
Takes calls and documents needed information and performs follow-up calls. - Hope Helpers: (7-10)
When needed, performs follow up calls. Would refer back to Hope Team if additional financial assistance is requested. - Food Boxes Coordinator (1):
Tracks and purchases boxes and bags as needed. Purchases food, tracks inventory dates, and trains packing team. - Food Boxes Packers (1-3):
Works with coordinator to keep boxes packed for distribution. - Computer/Resource People (1-2):
Submits announcement requests, reserves meeting and event rooms on calendar,
develops resource list for Hope Team and Hope Ministry to give to community. - Event Coordinator: (1)
Helps plan events and find volunteers. - Prayer Warriors:
People that will pray consistently for everything and everyone involved with this ministry.
